Terms of Service

The RReach website, associated domains, and any linked pages, features, content, or applications (including mobile apps) provided by RReach (collectively, the “Website”) and all services made available through the Website (together, the “Services”) are owned and operated by RReach.

Subject to these Terms:

• Services are for your business or personal use only, not for the benefit of third parties.
• RReach may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services or features at any time without notice.
• RReach may impose limits or restrictions on Services at our discretion.
• You are responsible for reviewing modifications to this Agreement. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
• Age Requirement: Services are not directed at individuals under 16 years old. If you are under 16, do not provide personal information or register. RReach will delete information collected from minors without parental consent.

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, all information you provide is accurate, and you are legally permitted to use the Services.

All materials provided through the Services—including text, graphics, images, articles, illustrations, and user submissions (“Content”)—are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or exploit Content for commercial purposes without permission.
• Store substantial portions of Content, except for personal, noncommercial use.

User Submissions: By submitting content (e.g., ad creatives) to RReach, you grant RReach a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, reproduce, and modify such content as necessary to provide the Services and promote our business. Ownership remains with you unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RReach is not responsible for errors, omissions, or losses related to Content.

Some Services require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of passwords.
• Not impersonate others or use accounts without authorization.

RReach reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these obligations.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RReach shall not be liable for:

• Any amount exceeding the greater of $100 or fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Data loss or costs of procuring substitute services.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations; they may not apply to you.
